Growth

​

As humans we tend to only pay attention to the pleasant aspects of our lives and disregard the times that are not so enjoyable. As if they do not exist, and that the brief undesirable period could not possibly help our overall lives. However, that specifically unwanted time is happening to teach us to improve and grow as individuals. 

This textural photographic study of the Earth’s foliage throughout each season in different environmental locations, is a symbolic examination of regrowth. To create awareness that everything in the world around us; begins, grows, thrives and dies. Also, that each particular stage, is as equally as important, as the next and or last phase, continuing the regrowth cycle.
